First-time lunch here at Food Exchange at Novotel Hotel on Sukhumvit Soi4, greeted by Chef Tony who took good care during the luncheon time. The overall ambiance and service were excellent Appreciated! The food is great and delicious with variety. Highly recommended!!!

We have great lunch buffet at Novotel Sukhumvit 4. Good & variety of food. Good Staffs, especially Mr. Pau, he serves us very well and also give us more information about the hotel. We will come back again for sure and will tell our friends and family to come here.

Stayed for 1 night during my trip in Bangkok. Location is great. Walkable from NaNa Station, room is clean and functional, rooftop bar on 25th floor is recommended. The front desk team is extremely full filled on my request, service with Thai hospitality smiles. I will come back soon.

The check-in and check-out process went smooth. The room is very functional The staff, especially the breakfast team were all very friendly. I would like to give a special thanks to Khun ราดหน้า, Khun Aoy from the breakfast team, Khun Nan, and Khun Nop from the bellman team. The hotel's location is conveniently close to the BTS station, and l like the concept of the shuttle bus as it made getting to BTS very easy.

Great hotel and a great thank you to Tor on reception for helping me out with some forms I needed downloading and scanning for me. The rooms are brilliant and great value for money. We have stayed here many times. The rooftop bar is excellent with a great view
